Your website, SEO, email and ads are run by four people who have never spoken.
We are one team that does all four, and one team that answers for whether it worked. When the form stops sending, there is no one left to point at.
The usual arrangement
Everyone did their job. The enquiries still stopped.
Nobody is lying in the replies on the right. Each one is telling the truth about their own square of the problem. That is the failure: four vendors, four correct answers, and no one whose job it was to notice the contact form had been broken for six weeks.
01 · The web developer
“The site is fine. It is a traffic problem.”
02 · The SEO freelancer
“Traffic is up. The page must not be converting.”
03 · The social manager
“Engagement is good. I do not touch the site.”
04 · The video editor
“I only sent the files over.”
What we do
Four groups of work, run by the same people.
Separately they are four line items. Together they are one system, and that part you cannot buy from four different people.
The thing customers actually land on. Fast, indexable, yours to keep, and looked after once it is live.
- Websites
- Web & mobile apps
- Hosting and maintenance
04 · Automate
The part that makes the other three stop being separate.
Most agencies this size will build the site and run the campaigns, then leave you to move the data between them by hand. One enquiry should not need typing into four systems, and you should not be the integration layer.
The AI work sits here for the same reason. An assistant is only worth having once it can read the inbox and write to the CRM, which is this problem again, not a different one.
01
Form
Someone asks for a quote on your site.
02
CRM
The enquiry writes itself in, tagged by source.
03
Follow-up
The sequence starts. Sales gets a notification.
04
Report
It appears in the same weekly view as everything else.
How we work
We are five hours and forty-five minutes ahead of London.
Here is what that actually means for you, rather than a promise about being “always available”. Our day runs 09:00 – 18:00 NPT. For the Americas the overlap is genuinely poor, so we schedule those calls deliberately instead of pretending otherwise.
The full process| Where you are | Offset | Overlap, your time | Hours |
|---|---|---|---|
| London | UTC+1 | 09:00 – 13:15 | 4h 15m |
| Berlin / Paris | UTC+2 | 09:00 – 14:15 | 5h 15m |
| Dubai | UTC+4 | 09:00 – 16:15 | 7h 15m |
| Singapore | UTC+8 | 11:15 – 17:00 | 5h 45m |
| Sydney | UTC+10 | 13:15 – 17:00 | 3h 45m |
| New York | UTC-4 | By arrangement | n/a |
| Los Angeles | UTC-7 | By arrangement | n/a |
Before you ask
The four questions everyone asks second.
Who owns the code, the domain and the ad accounts?
You do, from the first day, in accounts registered to you. We work inside them with access you grant. If we stop working together, you revoke our access and nothing of yours breaks or has to be rebuilt. We do not host your domain hostage, and we do not build on a platform only we can edit.
Why a team based in Nepal?
Our costs are lower than an agency in London or Sydney, so the same work costs you less. That is the whole trade, and we would rather state it than dress it up. What it does not change is who does the work: the same people you meet on the first call are the ones building it.
What happens when something goes wrong?
You get a named person, not a ticket queue. Site down is a same-day response regardless of the hour. Anything else gets picked up within one working day. When we cause a problem, we fix it and we do not bill you for the fix.
Does our data end up training someone's AI model?
No, and that is a contractual answer rather than a reassurance. We build on business-tier API access, where the provider excludes your inputs from training. It is the free consumer tiers that learn from what gets typed into them, and those are exactly what we keep your material out of. Your data stays yours, we delete it on request, and before you sign anything we tell you in writing which provider processes what. Where a tool cannot answer that question, we do not build on it.
What happens after launch?
A site nobody touches loses ground within months: search results move, plugins age, forms silently break. That is what the Grow work is for. If you would rather run it yourself, we hand over documentation and show your team how, and that is a legitimate ending rather than a failure.
Tell us what is broken. We will tell you what it takes to fix.
No pitch deck and no discovery retainer to find out. Describe the situation and you will get a straight answer about scope, timing and cost, including when the honest answer is that you do not need us.
