No cookies, no trackers, one inbox.

This site sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers, and does not build a profile of you. The only time we hold anything of yours is when you fill in the contact form and send it to us on purpose.

Everything below is a description of what the code on this site actually does, not a template. If you want to check, the behaviour is visible in your browser’s network tab.

It asks for your name, your email address, and a message. Company and subject are optional. We use them to read your enquiry and reply to it, and for nothing else: you will not be added to a mailing list, because we do not run one.

The message is delivered to a single inbox that the people who would do your work read. It is sent through Resend, an email provider that handles delivery on our behalf and keeps a copy of the delivery record for up to 30 days.

Please do not send us passwords, card numbers, health information, or anyone else’s personal data through this form. It is a normal email path, not a secure vault, and there is no reason for us to hold any of that to answer a question about a website.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which decides whether a submission came from a browser or a script. It is the alternative to a CAPTCHA that makes you identify traffic lights. Cloudflare receives your IP address to make that decision.

Separately, the server counts submissions per IP address for ten minutes at a time so one script cannot flood us. That counter lives in memory, is never written to disk, and disappears when the process restarts.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages people actually read. It is cookieless and does not assign you an identifier that follows you to other sites, which is why this page is not interrupted by a consent banner: there is nothing here to consent to.

What we see is aggregate: how many people visited a page, roughly where in the world from, and which page sent them there. Not who you are.

One value, called bitnova-theme, remembering whether you chose the light or dark version of this site. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.

The diagnostic is worked out entirely in your browser. Your answers are not transmitted anywhere and are gone when you close the tab, which is why there is no email box in front of the result.

Three companies process data on our behalf, and no others: Vercel hosts the site and provides the analytics, Resend delivers the contact form, and Cloudflare runs the bot check.

There are no advertising pixels, no social media embeds, no session recording, and no chat widget. Typefaces are served from this domain rather than fetched from a font service, so loading a page does not announce your visit to anyone else.

We do not sell personal data, and we have never been asked to hand any over.

We work from Kathmandu, Nepal, so an enquiry you send is read there. The providers above operate internationally and may process it in other countries, including inside the EU and the United States.

If you are in the UK or the EU and would rather not have an enquiry leave that region, email us instead of using the form and say so, and we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot offer.

Enquiries stay in our inbox for up to 24 months, so that if you come back to us next year we still have the context of the last conversation. After that they are deleted.

You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time and we will do it, and confirm in writing that it is done. You do not need to give a reason.

Write to info@bitnovasolutions.com.np and ask for a copy of anything we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. A person answers, and we aim to do it within one working day rather than the month the law allows.

Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection regulator. If you get that far we would rather you told us first, so we can fix whatever went wrong.

If this changes we will change the date at the top of the page. We will not quietly broaden it and rely on you not re-reading it: if we ever start collecting something new, it will be described here in the same plain terms as everything else.
